I think the easiest way is just to go to TVguide.com and search your local listings to see what time a particular program comes on. Some shows come on at completely different times in different states, so just knowing the time zones wouldn\'t really help as much as your tv guide listings would. For example, Ellen comes on here at 3pm, but where my parents live, the show is on at 9am.
