Welcome to the Official Cook's Crew Dog Tag Order Page. If you have any questions or comments regarding our dog tags feel free to use our merchandise contact form located here. Preferred method of payment is google Checkout. However we will accept Moneybookers and PayPal if that is the only online account you have. We also accept checks, money orders, and cash (however we do not recommend sending cash through the mail.) Please contact us and let us know to expect a payment in the mail if you choose to mail your payment instead of making an online electronic charge. If you wish to pay through MoneyBookers or Paypal please contact us and we'll provide you with the information you'll need to make payment.
 Official Cook's Crew Logo Dog Tags - All our dog tags come with a clear silencer already attached. You have your choice between a 30 centimeter neck chain or a keychain. Tags measure 2 inches by 1 and 1/4 inches and are made of aluminum. Printing is on one side only. Unless specified otherwise we will ship the dog tag with the neck chain. Currently, you have a choice in colors between black, pink, red, or blue. Please click on the pictured dogtag to the left to see color choices. Charity breakdown - Cost per dog tag for Cook's Crew is $10.99 per tag. From each sale , $2.75 will be donated to the American Cancer Society and $1.26 goes towards first class shipping to you.  Official Cook's Crew Cancer Survivor Dog Tag - These are very colorful survivor tags that we'll likely not restock on again so they are first come, first serve. Printing is on one side only, and colors fade from purple to white with a very subtle Cooks Crew logo printed towards the bottom half of the tag. Tags feature Rolled-edge, easy to read text, and have a plastic overcoat to protect the screen printing. These dog tags ship with neck chain only..
