 David Cook is scheduled to appear on the mega cancer fundraiser "Stand Up 2 Cancer" television show that will air simultaneously on NBC, ABC, and CBS. It has not been confirmed if David will perform or not. He will be taking donations and calls over the phone along with helping the other celebrities raise cancer awareness. Tune in on September 5th, at 7pm CST on any of the three networks mentioned above to watch.
